3 time Grammy Winner, Legendary Country Music singer who helped launch the career of Dolly Parton, died few weeks after being hospitalized for lung cancer. Well known for his nationally syndicated show The Porter Wagoner Show. He was elected in country music Hall of Fame in 2002. Some of his hits are : “Green, Green Grass of Home”, “Green, Green Grass of Home”, “Green, Green Grass of Home”.
