I'm not familiar with Julie Taylor but had a look at a couple of pages of her work on Amazon.com. I was struck by one statement in particular - something to the effect that there's a whole ocean of boys out there to choose from. I think a lot of teenage girl's relationship problems stem from a self esteem so low that they virtually 'take' whatever they can 'get', allowing themselves to be treated badly as a result. Any author who attempts to educate our girls about their choices gets the thumbs up from me. Thanks for bringing this writer to my attention. Mel: Blog: Women and Relationships
