Typhoid

Disease caused by bacteria Salmonella Typhi. Infection is transmitted by contaminated water. Bacteria infects a person, multiplies in the blood, reaches the digestive tract and passes on with fecal matter. Symptome are high fever, sweating, gastroenteritis, diarrhea, stomach pain. There are two types of vaccines available for Typhoid, recommended for travelers. More info here.
