Aqua Dots Recall

Aqua dots company Australia based Moose Enterprise has announced recall of its China made toys from Australia and North America, claiming these toys might contain hallucinogenic element on it. It is sold in US by traditional retailers and Toronto based Spin Master's Spin Direct division.
The toy beads can be fused together into different shapes when sprayed by water on them. Naren Gunja from Australia's Poisons Information Center said the drug's effect on children was "quite serious ... and potentially life-threatening." Three children have been hospitalized after consuming craft toy Bindeez beads. Reportedly scientist have found a chemical on it which converts to a drug called gamma-hydroxybutyrate or Fantasy. When consumed chemical can cause seizures, drowsiness, coma and even death.

Earlier a separate recall was announced for over 400,000 children's products made in China, mostly toy cars, because of dangerous levels of lead.
