Opensource and free Wireless network discovery tool for MAC OS X. It is a scanner which uses monitor mode and passive scanning. Download the latest version of kisMAC here. kisMET is its closest equivalent in Linux world and NetStumbler in Windows world. kisMAC is supposed be having much better support and features than both of these. It is meant only for expert users and not novices. Not designed for breaching security but kisMAC does have network cracking features.
