In 1973, Hazel married Jermaine Jackson, who himself is a Grammy nominated singer and guitarist and elder brother of pop star Michael Jackson. Couple had three children, one son and two daughters, when Hazel came to know of Jermaine's relationship with another woman, Margaret. However at that time she decided to continue her marriage.
