Book was released in September, 2007. Gary talk about how a "low fat, high fiber" diet may not be as nutritious as we believe. His way to objectively looking at nutrition habits comes from, there are foods that add to your baseline diet and makes you unhealthy.
Some new revelations in his book are, there is no effective proof that cholesterol causes heart diseases Or exercise will keep you thin. His baseline theory being that it is the carbohydrates in the diet that that raises insulin, which in turn makes the body store more fat.
