1931, Ohio born Teresa was one of the most popular Pop and Jazz singers back in 1950s. Altogether Teresa recorded total of 600 songs, for her life time contribution to the field of music she has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 1708 Vine Street. Teresa topped the charts with hits as Music! Music! Music! and Into Each Life Rain Must Fall. Teresa died on Wednesday at her home in New Rochelle, a New York City suburb, of a neuromuscular disease. She is survived by four daughters, four grandsons and five great-grandchildren.
