21 schools in Virginia are reportedly closed today to get them cleaned fearing the spread of a disease resistant bacteria or Superbug. Death of a 17 year old high school student is suspected to have been caused by a superbug. People with weakened immune system are more susceptible to get infected.

This goes back to the point I try to get across to everyone, you have to build your immune system up in order to fend off these illnesses and diseases. Antibiotics are not even working here anymore. If you truly care about your health and your future, you need whole food nutrition. You need to feed your body the food it needs to strengthen your immune system to ward off disease. I do follow your blog and appreciate the good work you are doing. Two things have to be made sure, at least, the approach should be proactive, prevention is better than cure. Second, the approach should be natural, organic. Peace.
