RealtyTrac which integrated Microsoft's Virtual Earth software in their system to enable 3D mapping, searchable maps and Bird's eye photos of more than 800,000 properties. Their latest reports suggest that although foreclosures are down 9% from last month, they are still up 99% since last years numbers of Americans unable to pay their mortgages.
