Sheila E. best known for her work with Ringo Starr and Prince, also biological aunt of Nicole Richie. Also on the panel will be Australian Idol Judge Ian Dickson and Goo Goo Dolls lead singer John Rzeznik, starting tonight on Fox. Sheila has set her expectations from the bands by asking them to perform "together". with her experience she claims it is easy to identify one or two people from the band who wants to perform solo, but the band she says should stay together and perform as one unit.
