Plumpynut : Doctors Without Borders

Every year, malnutrition kills five million children -- that's one child every six seconds. The Nobel Prize-winning relief group "Doctors Without Borders" says it finally has something that can save millions of these children, called Plumpynut. It is a ready-to-eat vitamin-enriched concoction. Moreover the paste, made from peanut butter, powdered milk, powdered sugar, vitamins and minerals, doesn't need refrigeration, water, or cooking.

We were shown a sample of this food at the MSF refugee camp in the city in Minneapolis. It is simple and brilliant.
